The 2026 Conference Narrative
NAVIGATE THROUGH TENSIONS
In a world of seemingly constant disruption, leaders are no longer managing change in a straight line. They are navigating tensions: between performance and possibility, between transformation and capacity, and between human and machine. LEAD27 explores how leadership, organisations, and technology create real value in the middle of these tensions.
On November 19, 2026, at The Circle, over 500 senior leaders will come together to explore what it takes to lead with clarity and direction.
With international speakers, parallel stages, and hands-on workshops, LEAD27 is a catalyst for change, helping leaders make better decisions and turn direction into real progress.
The conference has three themes,
we welcome submissions in these areas

01
All abstracts are evaluated. Applicants who are shortlisted will be asked to send their presentation to the organizers.
When submitting your abstract, we ask you to start thinking about how your presentation will look. The LEAD27 Board, which is responsible for curating the program, decides whether your contribution will be included in the program.
02
The Conference Board will evaluate the presentations and select 20-25 presentations for the final program:
The decision has been made, and you may officially call yourself a LEAD27 Speaker. A board member will contact you to discuss your speech and your ideas in advance. Please note that speeches are limited to a maximum of 30 minutes. You could assume that 20 minutes are intended for your speech and 10 minutes for Q&A. Workshops may be scheduled for up to 60 minutes.
LEAD27 stands for Quality
You’ll present your talk to a board member, simulating the real event. They will provide feedback, guidance, and preparation. One board member will act as your supporter, introducing you at the event and offering moral support both pre and during the event.
Abstracts will be evaluated according to the following criteria
- Relevance to conference attendees
- Benefits for participants / Transferable learning objectives
- Originality / Innovation
- Comprehensibility / Storyline / Structure
- Practical relevance / actionable content
No Sales Pitches, please!
You love your company, your products, your services? And that’s great, because life is too short to waste at a job you hate! But please focus your talk/workshop on practical, real-world solutions that are transferable to other attendees. Pure sales pitches and talks that focus heavily on a specific tool or service will be rejected.
FORMAT
Talks are 30 minutes long (incl. Q&A), while workshops run for 60 minutes. All sessions are in English.
