As Chief People Officer at Haniel, a family equity company with more than 270 years of history, Anabel is part of the leadership team that drives the Haniel Group’s ongoing transformation. She shapes its people and HR strategy, advances leadership development, and supports organizational change across a portfolio of European market leaders.
Anabel previously held senior leadership roles at innovation and transformation consulting firm Zühlke Group as well as Zurich Insurance and the family-owned Majid Al Futtaim Group – focusing primarily on talent management and transformation. Earlier in her career, she built her experience over more than 15 years at McKinsey & Company, in a range of teams and functions before serving as Chief of Staff for the Middle East Office.
