Fabian Frank has been Head Transformation Office Digital & Technology at Swiss Re since July 2025.
He brings nearly 20 years of experience in financial leadership, corporate strategy and transformation across Swiss Re and McKinsey & Company. Since joining Swiss Re in 2014, he has held senior roles spanning finance, performance management and strategic development.
Most recently, as Head Strategy Corporate Solutions, he supported the global corporate insurance business in its strategic repositioning and sales efficiency enhancement. From 2019 to 2023, he served as CFO iptiQ APAC in Hong Kong, with responsibility for financial strategy, capital steering and governance across the region.
Prior to Swiss Re, Fabian was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, where he led international transformation and post-merger integration programmes and advised financial institutions on strategy and performance.
He has lived and worked across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia and brings a strong international perspective on governance, transformation and financial steering. Fabian holds a doctorate in game theory and a degree in business administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
