Biography

Kiki Maeder is a communication expert, moderator, and lecturer whose work focuses on leadership communication, executive presence, and human-centered leadership. For more than fourteen years she moderates conferences and events across business, technology, and society and workes for the Swiss public broadcaster SRF.​

​She advises executives, leadership teams, and organizations on communication in high-stakes situations—from media interviews and keynote presentations to leadership communication during periods of transformation. Her work explores how leaders build trust, communicate with clarity, and strengthen human connection in an increasingly AI-driven world.​

​Kiki lectures at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences for Business (HWZ) and the University of Applied Sciences of Graubünden and the Zurich University of the Arts. Together with leadership expert Harald Port, she co-developed the Human Centered Leadership framework, examining the role of trust, empathy, and communication as core leadership capabilities in the age of artificial intelligence.​

She is the founder of her own communications consultancy, a mother of two, and serves on the patronage board of Children’s Rehabilitation Switzerland at the University Children’s Hospital Zurich​
