Harald Port is a Founding Partner at PvL Partners, a Zurich-based management consulting boutique specializing in organizational development, which he co-founded in 2012. He works with international organizations to translate strategy into structure and culture, helping leadership teams close the gap between what they set out to do and what actually gets implemented.
Before founding PvL Partners, Harald led PwC’s Insurance Advisory practice in Switzerland and held senior consulting roles at b&m management and Accenture, giving him more than two decades of experience across strategy, business transformation and change management, with particular depth in insurance and financial services.
A TEDx speaker on organizational culture, Harald is a frequent voice on what it takes to build high-performing, human-centered teams — today increasingly in the context of AI’s growing role in the workplace. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Zurich.
