Ferdinand is passionate about developing leaders, helping teams work better together, and creating the conditions for people to take ownership and be at their best. As Head of Academy at Eurapco, he leads learning and leadership development across an alliance of European insurance companies. He designs leadership and learning experiences and builds platforms and communities that bring leaders and organisations together to learn from each other and tackle shared challenges. Alongside this, he works as an Executive & Team Coach, combining support and challenge to help leaders and and teams turn insight into action, learn and adapt.
