Nick is the co-chair of the Lead27 Conference Board. He spent 25+ years at the sharp end of consulting, technology and banking – from Oracle, PwC, IBM, EY and BCG to a senior transformation leadership role at Julius Baer – before making the leap to entrepreneurship. Now, as founder of Sparksli, he helps other senior professionals do the same, blending real coaching depth with incubator-grade rigour to turn ideas into real businesses. He also runs Eighty20, where, as a coach, he supports teams and individuals to perform at their best, and lectures at the Swiss Cyber Institute on leadership, AI and consulting skills.
