Michael Hilb, PhD

Michael Hilb is Dean of the Swiss Board School and teaches strategy, entrepreneurship, and corporate governance at several universities in Switzerland and Singapore. He has authored and co-authored seven books and more than 50 articles.

Michael is Chair of DBP and the Board Foundation and serves on the boards of several listed and privately held companies, foundations, and international organizations.

Previously, he was Vice President at DKSH, where he and his team built a leading and profitable digital business across Asia. He also held executive roles at Holcim and Roland Berger.

Michael has been a Visiting Fellow at INSEAD and Harvard University. He studied business at the University of Michigan, the Stockholm School of Economics, and the University of St.Gallen, where he earned his MSc and PhD.
