She has built a broad career at Siemens across process management, IT quality, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she held key roles in process governance and IT Quality Management, including driving ITIL-based practices at scale. She later played a central role in shaping the Agile transformation within Smart Infrastructure IT, building and leading the IT Excellence function with Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, Agile Coaches, and IT Communication as strategic enablers for the organization.
With the rapid evolution of artificial intelligence, she has recently shifted the strategic focus of ITE towards AI enablement and structured AI-Discovery, supporting Smart Infrastructure businesses in rethinking and redesigning core processes for AI-driven value creation—moving beyond isolated automation towards sustainable, process-level AI transformation.
Today, most organizations start their AI journey with personal productivity—copilots, assistants, small automations.
These deliver quick wins. But they don’t scale into real business value. Instead, what we see is a growing tension: more AI initiatives, more pilots—but also more fragmentation and pressure on teams.
In this talk, we will share how we are approaching this challenge through a structured AI Discovery/Adoption Path, moving from personal productivity with AI to what we call Process AI—where entire workflows are redesigned around AI to create measurable impact. The key learning is simple but powerful: AI alone does not create value—redesigned workflows do. We will show how Agile organizations can enable this shift by combining discovery and delivery, aligning around value streams, and embedding governance and ownership from the start. You’ll leave with a practical model to assess where you are, and concrete patterns to move from pilots to scale—without exhausting your organization.
