Yannick Müller is a Chapter Lead and Enterprise Agile Coach at Siemens Smart Infrastructure, based in Zug, Switzerland.
He started his career as a software developer and went on to work across product and architecture roles before moving into agile leadership as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach.
Today, he leads a chapter of Agile Coaches and Release Train Engineers, supporting large-scale organizational transformation across Smart Infrastructure. His current focus lies on enabling practical AI adoption at scale, bridging agile ways of working with structured AI discovery to help teams identify the right processes and AI use cases that deliver measurable, end-to-end business impact.
Today, most organizations start their AI journey with personal productivity—copilots, assistants, small automations.
These deliver quick wins. But they don’t scale into real business value. Instead, what we see is a growing tension: more AI initiatives, more pilots—but also more fragmentation and pressure on teams.
In this talk, we will share how we are approaching this challenge through a structured AI Discovery/Adoption Path, moving from personal productivity with AI to what we call Process AI—where entire workflows are redesigned around AI to create measurable impact. The key learning is simple but powerful: AI alone does not create value—redesigned workflows do. We will show how Agile organizations can enable this shift by combining discovery and delivery, aligning around value streams, and embedding governance and ownership from the start. You’ll leave with a practical model to assess where you are, and concrete patterns to move from pilots to scale—without exhausting your organization.
